1. No Refund Policy
All sales made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds for any products, services, memberships, digital downloads, licenses, access-based items, or group buy slot purchases.
Please note: Once an order is placed, paid for, or processing has started, the order is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
2. No Return Policy
Because all products sold on this website are digital products, we do not accept returns. There is no physical item to return, and once access, files, delivery, or order handling has started, the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or sent back.
3. Order Processing Time
For each order item purchased on our website, please allow up to 24 hours for the tool or access to become available.
- Some products may be delivered faster.
- However, customers must allow up to 24 hours per order item for processing, verification, and delivery.
- Delays may occasionally happen due to order volume, verification checks, or support workload.
Example: If you purchase 2 separate items in one order, each item may require its own processing time. Please allow reasonable time for full order completion.
4. Group Buy Slot Policy
All Group Buy slot purchases are strictly final.
- No refunds will be issued for Group Buy slot orders.
- Group Buy slot purchases cannot be returned.
- Group Buy slot purchases cannot be transferred to another order.
- Group Buy slot purchases cannot be exchanged for a different product, tool, or service.
Important: Once you purchase a Group Buy slot, that payment is locked to that specific slot and cannot be moved, changed, or reassigned to another item or order.
5. No Exchange Policy
We do not provide exchanges for purchased products. This means:
- You cannot exchange one digital tool for another.
- You cannot move a paid amount from one order item to a different item.
- You cannot request store credit instead of delivery unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.
6. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product details carefully before placing an order. This includes checking:
- Platform compatibility such as MT4 or MT5
- Product type and features
- Membership or access conditions
- Group Buy slot rules
- Setup requirements
- Any description, notes, or delivery conditions listed on the product page

7. Digital Nature of Products
All items sold by Simple Forex Tools are digital in nature. These may include downloadable files, memberships, licenses, digital access, setup support, or delivery through email or private communication channels. Because of this digital nature:
- Products cannot be physically returned.
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
- Refunds are not provided after purchase.
8. Delivery and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to deliver products within the stated time. However, order completion may depend on payment confirmation, order verification, communication accuracy, or technical handling requirements.
Customers must wait the full stated processing period before raising a delivery complaint.
9. Exceptions
As a general rule, there are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges. Any exception, if ever considered, will be entirely at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation for future cases.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer opens a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized payment claim after placing an order for a digital item, we reserve the right to suspend delivery, revoke access, block future purchases, and provide relevant order records to the payment provider as evidence of the transaction.
