B. Technical or Usage Issues
- Technical Defects: While we guarantee support to fix any genuine defects (see Section 3), the existence of a defect is not a basis for a refund. The only remedy is technical support and the provision of a fix or update.
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need or want the product after purchase.
- Platform/Broker Compatibility: Issues arising from your specific broker’s server, unique platform setup, or inability to use the software on unauthorized accounts.
- User Error: Issues caused by failure to follow installation instructions, incorrect settings input, or misuse of the software.
- Failure to Use: Failure to download, install, or properly utilize the software after the purchase is complete.

- Our dedicated support team will work diligently to resolve the issue for you, providing fixes, updates, or workarounds.
- This support commitment is the sole remedy available to the customer. It does not entitle the customer to a refund or exchange.
